Refund Policy

At KUEMUE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD., we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund Policy below to understand your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

Our return policy lasts days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Condition: Unused, with no visible signs of wear or damage.
  • Packaging : Must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process the return.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift Cards : All gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.
  • Perishable Goods : Food, flowers, or any items with an expiration date.
  • Custom or Personalized Items : Products customized as per your request, including engravings,monograms, or personalized designs.
  • Final Sale Items : Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

 How to Initiate a Return :

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@kuemue.com   or call us at +6017-2426 854 with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund, which will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Items returned after the return period has expired

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account: Refunds can take time to process.
  2. Contact your card issuer: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank:Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items and discounted products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please send us an email at hello@kuemue.com and ship the item to our address as per below.

Please note:

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect product sent).
  • Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Special Circumstances for Refunds

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, we are committed to resolving your concerns fairly. Examples include:

  • Lost in Transit: If your item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your item or issue a replacement.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost items. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
