Battery-powered Bakineers (e.g. 1.0S, 1.0X, 3.0B) are cordless and portable — ideal for everyday tasks or working in spaces without easy outlet access. Corded models (e.g. 1.0C, 3.0C series — identifiable by the "C" suffix) deliver stronger sustained performance and run continuously without recharging, making them better suited for more demanding or higher-volume use.

The Bakineer 1.0S, 1.0X, and 1.0C share the same core functionality — the difference is how they're powered.

The 1.0S is battery-powered (12V) — cordless and portable, ideal for lighter, on-the-go use.

The 1.0X is also battery-powered but runs at 20V, delivering stronger performance while staying cordless.

The 1.0C is a dual-mode 20V model that can run on either battery or mains power simply by swapping the PSU — giving you the flexibility of cordless use plus the option of continuous corded operation for longer sessions.

All three are part of the 3.0 series and differ in power source and control method.

The 3.0B is battery-powered with a fixed speed — portable and ideal for lighter use. A full charge takes about 1 hour and supports roughly 60 cycles (one forward + backward movement = 1 cycle).

The 3.0C1 is corded with a higher-power motor and a hand-operated speed controller for adjustable operation. No charging needed — it runs continuously.

The 3.0C2 has everything the 3.0C1 offers, plus a detachable foot switch for hands-free operation.

The Bakineer 1.0 and 3.0 are designed for different production needs — both in capacity and in the variety of products they can make.

The Bakineer 1.0 is the heavier-duty option, built for users who want to produce in larger volumes. It runs on more powerful 12V (1.0S) or 20V (1.0X, 1.0C) battery systems and accommodates around 800–900g of dough per tube refill, allowing for longer continuous production runs. It can make pineapple tarts, semperit panjang, and chocolate chip cookies. The 1.0C offers more product options thanks to its Dahliax adapter, which accommodates conical nozzles — allowing you to produce butter cookies such as Dahlia (flower-shaped butter cookies) and other cookies that require conical nozzles.

The Bakineer 3.0 is designed for general small-scale production but offers greater versatility in product variety. The 3.0B runs on a 7.4V battery with a compact, lightweight build (~1.5kg), while the 3.0C1 and 3.0C2 use a 50W corded motor. The 3.0 holds around 200–220g of dough per refill — smaller than the 1.0, but it can produce a wider range of products including Dahlia and Swiss cookies, pineapple tarts, semperit panjang, murukku, putu mayam, noodles, and pasta. It can also produce butter cookies and other cookies that use conical nozzles.

In short: choose the 1.0 for higher-volume production of cookies and tarts, and the 3.0 for versatility across more product types in smaller batches.

Each Bakineer comes with its standard set of accessories needed for operation, including the dough tube, nozzles for the products it's designed to make, and the charger or power adapter (depending on model).

For the full list of accessories included with a specific model, please refer to the product page on our website.

Charging time and battery life depend on the model.

The Bakineer 1.0 takes around 1–2 hours to fully charge and lasts 4–5 hours per charge. The indicator light turns red while charging and green when fully charged.

The Bakineer 3.0 takes around 1 hour to fully charge and supports roughly 50–60 push cycles per charge (one forward + backward movement = 1 cycle).

Bakineer 1.0 has 6 speed levels. For Bakineer 3.0, it depends on the model — the 3.0B is fixed speed, but the 3.0C1 and 3.0C2 are adjustable.

Wipe the machine with a damp cloth or wet tissue — do not submerge it in water as this voids the warranty.

For stainless steel molds and nozzles, soak in plain, warm, or hot water then wash. For plastic molds, use plain water only — hot water can damage them.

After washing, make sure all parts are fully dry before reassembling or storing. Store the machine in a dry place, and for battery models, avoid leaving the battery fully drained for long periods to extend its lifespan.

Yes, every package comes with a user manual. Tutorial videos are also available on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook — search @thekuemue or @kuemue.

Yes, additional nozzles, tubes, and adapters are available for separate purchase. This includes the Dahliax adapter, which allows the use of conical nozzles for butter cookies such as Dahlia.

Orders

Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for West Malaysia, 5 to 10 working days for Sabah and Sarawak, and 3 to 10 days for international depending on your country. We will send the tracking number once it ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track it on the platform you ordered from, or directly on the courier's website.

Please check the tracking first. If there has been no movement for more than 3 working days, send us the tracking number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome at our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Please message us first so we can have your order ready when you arrive.

We recommend purchasing directly from our official website or by visiting us in person at our store.

Buying directly from us ensures you receive a genuine product, full warranty coverage, and access to our after-sales support and repair services.

Yes, we offer international sales through two channels:

1. Direct purchase from our official website, with international shipping from Malaysia.

2. Through our authorised distributors in selected countries, where local stock and after-sales support are available.

Please note that we cannot ship battery-powered machines internationally because of lithium battery shipping rules — corded versions and most accessories are fine. Shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes vary by country and are not included in our price.

Unfortunately no — to change an order after payment, you would need to cancel the original and place a new one.

If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it directly on the platform. If it is already on the way, you will need to wait for it to arrive and return it in original sealed condition.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

1. Visa and Mastercard (credit/debit cards)

2. Online banking (FPX)

3. QR payment

4. Manual bank transfer

For bulk or business orders, manual bank transfer is also available.

After-Sales

All machines have a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the motor, electronic board, battery (for battery-powered models), and electrical components like the switch and speed controller. Consumable parts — nozzles, spacers, pushers, tubes, moulds, and accessories — are not covered.

The warranty does not apply if water or dough has entered the machine, if the machine has been opened or repaired by anyone other than us, or if there is damage from improper use. Repeated same-issue damage is assessed case-by-case.

Returns and refunds are only available if the machine is still new and unused — in original sealed condition. Once it has been used, we will handle the issue through warranty or a repair option instead.

Our warranty covers repair first. If your machine is faulty, you'll need to send or bring it to our repair centre for troubleshooting and diagnosis.

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge under warranty.

If the issue is caused by user fault (e.g. misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling), it will not be covered under warranty, but we can still arrange a paid repair.

An exchange is only available in two cases:

1. The machine is still sealed and unused.

2. The machine is faulty and we are unable to repair it or replace the affected parts.

For any warranty claim or exchange request, please provide your proof of purchase along with a photo or video of the issue. Exchanges are also subject to stock availability for the same model.

Repairs typically take around 3 days during off-peak periods, and up to 5 days during peak season (October to March).

If the required parts are temporarily out of stock, the repair may take longer. We'll keep you updated and work to get your machine back to you as quickly as possible.

Accessories like nozzles, molds, spacers, tubes, and pushers are not covered under warranty or exchange. The warranty applies to the machine itself — motor, electronic board, battery, and electrical components.

Most of the time it is one of three things — the dough being too dry or too wet, the mould not fitted correctly, or a blocked nozzle. Tutorial videos walk through the steps. If the issue persists, send us a quick video and we will help diagnose.

Yes, warranty covers international customers too. The unit would need to be shipped back to Malaysia for repair, and shipping is at your cost. If shipping is too expensive, we can offer a virtual diagnosis — and for warranty issues, we will send replacement spare parts free of charge. You only cover the international shipping for the parts.

If your Bakineer won't turn on or won't charge, please try the following steps before contacting us:

1. Check the power source. For corded models, ensure the PSU is properly connected to both the machine and a working power outlet. For battery models, make sure the battery is correctly inserted.

2. Check the charging indicator. When charging, the indicator light should turn red. If it turns green immediately or doesn't light up at all, try a different power outlet or charging cable.

3. Allow a full charge. If the battery has been unused for a long time, it may need to be plugged in for at least 30 minutes before it shows any response.

4. Inspect for visible damage. Check the charging port, cable, and battery contacts for any dirt, debris, or damage.

If the issue persists after these checks, please contact us or bring the machine to our repair centre for diagnosis. Be sure to have your proof of purchase ready.
