Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Product Shipping Availability

We offer two versions of the Bakineer — please note the following shipping restrictions:

a) Bakineer 3.0B (Battery-powered)

  • Contains a lithium battery and is subject to international air freight restrictions.
  • Available for domestic shipping within Malaysia only.
  • We are unable to ship the Bakineer 3.0B internationally at this time.

b) Bakineer 1.0C & 3.0C (Corded versions)

  • These are corded, battery-free models and can be shipped worldwide.
  • International shipping is available to most countries (see Section 4 for exceptions).

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

a) Domestic (Malaysia)

  • Peninsular Malaysia — Standard: 2–5 business days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5–10 business days regardless of shipping option, due to inter-island courier transit times

b) International (Bakineer 1.0C & 3.0C only)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • All international orders are shipped with tracking

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and will be collected by the local customs authority upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If you have questions about applicable charges, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Restricted & Non-Serviceable Countries

We currently do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions or where our logistics partners are unable to provide service. We also do not ship the Bakineer 3.0B to any destination outside Malaysia due to lithium battery regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees will apply for orders returned due to address errors.

PO Boxes

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@kuemue.com. We will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

  • Domestic orders not received within 14 business days of dispatch — please contact us.
  • International orders not received within 40 business days of dispatch may be considered lost and eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.

Damaged on Arrival

If your gadget arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item and outer packaging

We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Claims submitted after 7 days of the delivery date may not be accepted.
